3.Appointments and online consultations
- Booking online sends a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when the clinic calls you.
- Times can change when the doctor is needed for an urgent patient. We will let you know as early as we can.
- For video consultations, you are responsible for a working phone or computer and a reasonably private place to talk.
- Some conditions cannot be assessed safely online. The doctor may ask you to visit the chamber in person.
4.Medicine orders
- Our pharmacist calls you to confirm every order before it is dispatched. Please take medicines only as advised by your doctor.
- You can pay online with bKash or Nagad when you order, or choose Pay later and pay in cash on delivery or at the chamber.
- The amount you pay online is the price shown when you placed the order. Any delivery charge is agreed with you on the call.
- We may decline or cancel an order if a medicine is unavailable or unsafe for you. If you already paid online, we refund the full amount to the same account.
- Each medicine page shows the expiry date of the batch we hold; we do not sell expired medicines.
- Cold-chain medicines must be refrigerated as soon as they arrive.
- For safety, medicines cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged, incorrect or expired — tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
5.Your responsibilities
- Give accurate details for the patient, including contact number and address.
- Do not misuse the website, try to access the admin area, or send harmful files.
6.Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general information on this website instead of seeking medical advice.
